How does online purchasing work?

Carnival sessions are available for each day of the carnival with two sessions available on Saturdays and the first Sunday.  You may redeem your wristband purchase any day you like.  If you redeem on a day with two sessions, you will only be able to utilize the purchase during one of the two sessions with no overlap.

What is the wristband time length?

Carnival sessions are defined with a fixed start and end time each day.  Wristbands are valid for the time period of the carnival ride session ONLY.  When a carnival session ends, the wristband is no longer valid.  Guests may stay as long as desired, but once the unlimited wristband session ends guests must either purchase a new wristband for the next ride session or purchase individual ride tickets, both of which are available on-site.

What is the refund policy? 

There are no refunds for any reason.  Common requests will all be denied and include things like:  inclement weather, illness, changed mind, police emergency shut down.
