Important event safety information!
New this year: the Carnival area will be fully fenced to enhance safety and crowd management.
Carnival will open EARLIER (10AM) and will close EARLIER (8PM).
Sensory friendly hours will occur DAILY from 10AM to 1PM. During this time, the rides will operate without music or lights.
Wristband sales will END at 6:30PM. After 6:30PM individual ride tickets may purchased until closing.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for any reason. Common requests will all be denied and include things like: inclement weather, illness, changed mind, lack of parent chaperone, bad behavior, and police emergency shut down.
Important Safety Notes for the 2026 Carnival at Liberty Fest:
1. Attendees accompanying minor children only require a wristband if choosing to also go on the rides.
2. The carnival area will be fully fenced in to control egress and behavior standards. The carnival entrances are located on the East side and West side of the carnival area.
3. Bag check will be performed at carnival area entry. Although not required, attendees with clear bags may experience quicker inspection for entry.

Canton - Buy a single day armband or a good all event Mega Band. The shopping cart for this event ends PROMPTLY at 9AM June 18. Top Gun ride requires 12 tickets or a wristband/mega band plus 4 additional tickets.
New this year: the Carnival will be fully fenced to enhance safety and crowd management. To access this area, guests must present a valid wristband, mega band, ride tickets or midway bucks (to spend at game concessions). Parents or responsible adults attending with their minor child are not required to have a wristband, mega band, or ride tickets (unless they are going on the rides as well).

• Advance Purchase Single Day Wristbands - $30 each, can be redeemed any day
• Mega Bands - $100 each, good all 3 days: Thurs, Fri, & Sat.
Mega Bands are available advance online purchase only. They will NOT be sold during the carnival.
On-Site Single Day Pricing Options:
Available for purchase during festival $35 Thursday, $40 Friday, $40 Saturday (these are cash prices).
• Individual tickets are $1.50, and sheets of 50 tickets are $60 (cash prices) - available for purchase during the festival. Rides require 3-6 tickets each except the Top Gun Ride. Top Gun Ride requires 12 tickets or a wristband/mega band plus 4 additional tickets. Height restrictions apply.
• Mega Bands are available advanced purchase only. They will not be sold during the carnival.
